Enikah.in website shall only facilitate advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man). If at any time Enikah.in is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Enikah.in reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your rights to use the Service without informing you.
• Registration and Content Posted on the Site : 
  This service is free; hence only for individual usage. Matrimonial agents, Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of enikah website and nor use the Services, we reserve our right to take appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed. We have full rights to Block/Reject the registration of your profile or deactivate such profiles without any prior notice.                                                                                                                                                                          We expect that you would complete the online registration process with honesty while furnishing your personal information's to enikah website. Match making of alliance through our website depend upon yourself furnishing correct, accurate, current, complete information and photos etc. We expect you to fill the correct details as asked in relevant column., if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by in the profile.  Enikah.in may delete any listing, content, communication, profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Enikah.in violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Enikah.in and/or its Members. You confirm that your registration with enikah and usage of enikah services are with only purpose of marriage.                                                                                               With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to Enikah.in the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the website and associated services like Whats App group, Telegram, etc., and to Enikah.in members from time to time.                                                                                                                You shall use the Services only to share your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of driving an acceptance from relevant matches. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to Enikah.in or Enikah.in members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. Under no circumstances will Enikah.in be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. Enikah.in reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, Enikah.in may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Enikah.in may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership.                          By posting Content/ advertising to any public area of Enikah.in , you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Enikah.in , and other Enikah.in Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Enikah.in will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators. 
• You will not publish Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which: is deliberately offensive to the community, such as content that endorses hatred, abusive or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual harasses or promotes harassment of another person involves the transmission of "junk mail" or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" , promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory.                          Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files. 
• Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).  
• Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind. 
• Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
• Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users

• eNikah’s Role:  
• eNikah reproduces your details once you register on our website / WAP on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other members. 
• eNikah’s only intention to provide a platform to its registered members to search their alliance themselves without any assistance.
• eNikah does not restrict any user from sending interest/proposal to your profile or communicating to you based on their alliance preference. But you are at the liberty to deny their interest/proposal or proceed further if you agree.
• We do not authenticate/endorse any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users.
• Code of Conduct : You agree to use the Website in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:       
• 1) You are solely responsible for any information that you display when using the Website or to other members. You will keep all information provided to you through the Website as private and confidential and will not pass on such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you.

Acceptance from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to Enikah.in or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of Enikah.in and should not use the Enikah.in Service or website for any purpose without taking separate agreement confirmation. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
• Other Terms of Use by Members : Enikah.in reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block\reject the account of a member based on such review.
• You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages, calls, and other communications from Enikah.in. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
• Except for the purpose of sharing your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Enikah.in members. Although Enikah.in cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the EasyNikah.in website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
• In order to protect Enikah.in and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, Enikah.in reserves the right to take appropriate steps as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in order to protect interest of other Members.
• You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Enikah.in and/or its members.
• Enikah.in reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
• Enikah.in members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety.
• Enikah.in Members hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.                                                                                                       
• Disclaimer:

• (5) You acknowledge that you cannot sue eNikah.in or any of its employees or associate worker for any damages done to you through the eNikah.in website.
• We try our best, but we cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Website. You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Enikah.in is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Enikah.in Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Enikah.in whether online or offline.
• Enikah.in assumes no responsibility for any error, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications or any communications by Enikah.in to its Members.
• Enikah.in is not responsible for any problems arise due to third party service involvement.
• Under no circumstances will Enikah.in be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Enikah.in website or transmitted to Enikah.in Members.
• Copyright Policy : You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Enikah.in expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.
• The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by "Enikah.in " is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Enikah.in . Enikah.in shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Enikah.in .
• The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Enikah.in expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Enikah.in cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Enikah.in .
• Enikah.in expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of any Content/listing posted on the Site / made available to Enikah.in by any Members or the users of the Site or any third party.
• Enikah.in does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal Content posted on the Site by any Members, users or any third party.
• All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and Enikah.in reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. Enikah.in does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.
• Jurisdiction : If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Jharkhand, India only.

• This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Enikah.in, contains the entire agreement between you and Enikah.in regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
• By becoming a member of Enikah.in and/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
